We take great care in preparing and shipping your formal wear so it arrives in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle orders from New York Mens of San Jose.

1. Order Processing

All orders require 3 business days for standard processing, including order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and logistics arrangement. Processing days exclude weekends and official US holidays. We carefully check all suits and dress shirts for fabric integrity, stitching quality, and sizing accuracy before shipment to ensure product quality.

2. Daily Cut off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will start processing on the next available business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, here is what to expect:

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via UPS

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and weather conditions.

4. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required — what you see at checkout is your final total.

5. Shipping Regions

We currently provide shipping services to the United States mainland and US local territories. We do not support international shipping temporarily.

6. Delivery Carrier Information

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Standard packages — individual suits, dress shirts, ties, and accessories — are delivered by UPS Ground directly to your doorstep.
Bulk or oversized orders — such as large group orders for weddings, corporate events, or wholesale quantities — may be delivered by a freight carrier or specialized delivery service. In these cases:

The delivery team will contact you ahead of time to schedule a specific delivery window
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment
Large orders may require assistance unloading — having a second person on hand is recommended

7. Order Cancellation Rules

- Full refund cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders and get a full refund before the order is shipped out (during the 3 business days processing period). No cancellation fee will be charged.
- After shipment: Once the order has been dispatched and shipped, order cancellation is no longer available. If you no longer need the items, please follow our official Returns & Refunds Policy to submit a return application after receiving the package.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and official tracking link. You can check the real-time logistics status of your suit and dress shirt package online at any time. If tracking information fails to update for more than 3 business days, please contact our customer support for assistance.
