Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online and in-store purchases of men’s suit jackets and dress shirts:

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices shown on our website do not include sales tax or shipping fees; these charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you submit payment.
Payment & Order Processing Workflow
- You add suit jackets, dress shirts or other merchandise to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in accurate shipping, billing and contact information, then select your preferred payment card.
- After you submit payment, our payment processor will verify your card details and authorize the transaction instantly.
- Once authorization is successful, we will send an order confirmation email with your order number and full purchase summary.
- Funds will be captured when we begin preparing your items for shipment. For in-store purchases, payment is charged at the time you complete your transaction at our physical shop in San Jose.
- If your payment cannot be authorized, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.
Payment Security
Your card information is never stored directly on our website server. All payment data is encrypted and transmitted through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your billing and card details during transmission. We do not share your credit card information with any third parties except authorized payment service providers required to complete your transaction.
Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you entered during checkout. This email contains your unique order ID, item list (including suit and shirt details), subtotal, tax, shipping cost and total amount. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation within 15 minutes. You can use your order number to track order status, request product help or initiate return inquiries. Please save this email for future reference.
Common Payment Issues
- Card Declined: The transaction may fail due to insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing address or bank fraud protection. Contact your card issuing bank to unlock the transaction, then retry checkout.
- Duplicate pending charge: A temporary authorization hold may appear on your bank statement. If your order failed, this pending hold will automatically drop off within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Mismatched billing address: Your billing address must match the address linked to your credit card. A mismatch will trigger authorization failure.
- Chargeback requests: If you have questions about your order, please contact us first before opening a chargeback claim. We are ready to resolve product, shipping or order issues directly.
- Price or product dispute: All suits and dress shirts are charged at the price displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious website pricing errors.
